• Accuracy of Orders: You are responsible for providing correct customization details (names, fonts, colours, designs). We are not liable for errors in customer-provided information.
• Design Approval: You’ll receive a digital proof for approval before production. Changes after approval may incur fees.
• Color Variations: Thread colours may differ slightly from digital displays due to monitor/screen settings.

• Processing Time: 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) before shipping.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet in production.
• Rush Orders: Available for +$10 fee (contact us before ordering).

• We use ShipStation with carriers like Canada Post, FedEx, etc.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Local Delivery (Oshawa, ON): Free on orders $20+ (50km radius).

• No standard returns/refunds due to the custom nature of products.
• Exceptions: Defective/wrong items (contact us within 7 days with proof).

• Your Designs: You confirm you own/have rights to any logos/text submitted.
• Our Designs: All artwork/designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

We are not liable for:

• Delays due to shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
• Minor variations in colour/stitching (handmade items).

Your data is protected per our Privacy Policy. We never sell/share your information.

These terms are governed by Ontario, Canada law. Any disputes will be resolved in Oshawa, ON courts.

We may update these terms. Continued use of our store means you accept changes.
